Carter is an adorable 9-week-old puppy looking for a family to call his own. Like most puppies, he plays hard, sleeps hard and LOVES to be cuddled and held. He gives the sweetest little puppy kisses and just when you can’t handle all the cuteness, he will give your nose a chomp with her tiny (but sharp) teeth. Carter is irresistibly cute, and his foster mom spends hours on the kitchen floor letting him and his littermate crawl over her, tug on her hair, and smother her with kisses. Carter is a little taller and leaner than his sister with a scruffier coat Chloe has a smooth Chi coat and fat little puppy belly. Because of their small size families with children 10 years old and over are preferred.
