I've found my furever family!

Are you looking for a huggable, squishable friend that just wants to give hugs and kisses?? Knox might be your guy!

Knox is an approximately 6 month old German Shepherd/ Black Lab mix that came all the way from Kentucky to find his forever home! This little man came off the transport truck hugging and kissing every human he could get his paws on! He absolutely ADORES everyone he meets!

Knox waltzed into his foster home with 4 other dogs as if he had lived there his whole life. He instantly made friends with all 4 doggos and fit right in! Knox’s foster sister can get a little bossy at times with other dogs since she owns the house, but Knox won her over right away by playing dead every time she got bossy with him! Even she couldn’t resist being friends with his cute little face! Knox is very submissive with other dogs and knows his place, and would love to have another dog sibling to show him the ropes in his forever home!

Knox has a lot of puppy energy and will need to learn some basic manners. He loves to hug his humans so much, that he almost never has 4 feet on the ground. He also LOVES food and will do anything to get it. But besides learning some basic puppy manners, Knox is a perfect boy! He is currently learning to walk on a leash, and is almost 100% potty trained! He is even learning to signal to his foster mom when he has to potty by whining at the back door! 

Want to know Knox’s favorite thing besides his people? STICKS! He is big into stick collecting, and likes to carefully pick out the perfect stick to chew for every occasion. He also loves to play with his toys, but will choose a stick every time. 

Knox could do well in a home with dogs, cats, kids or other animals! He has the means to be a wonderful adult dog and companion for any family! This little 38 pound man (with very large feet) has nothing but potential for his future to come!
